1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and cly888 ("cly888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cly888 website located at cly888.net, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the cly888 website, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with cly888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through cly888 or any other gaming operator participating in a shared exclusion programme.

cly888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age at any time, including during the registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with cly888. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and Malaysian mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials.

• Not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit any other person to access or use your cly888 account.

cly888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cly888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Deposits must be made exclusively from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of funds.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and other methods as published on the cly888 platform from time to time.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be communicated by cly888 support.
• cly888 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 60 minutes for e-wallet methods. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution. These targets are not contractually guaranteed and may be exceeded during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• All withdrawals are subject to standard identity verification (KYC) checks. cly888 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification, including proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method ownership.
• cly888 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cly888 accepts no liability.
• Deposits made in error or without the intent to wager may be subject to an administration fee. cly888 does not operate as a financial institution and the platform is not intended for use as a funds storage or transfer service.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cly888 offers various promotions, bonuses, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All offers are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• cly888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where cly888 reasonably believes the offer has been abused, exploited, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion between players, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or manipulation of wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the use of free bets or bonus credits (subject to applicable wagering requirements) may be eligible for withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By using the cly888 sportsbook, live casino, slots, or arcade games, you agree that:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. cly888 does not accept cancellations or amendments to wagers after they have been placed and confirmed by the system, except in the specific circumstances set out in individual game rules or where a manifest technical error has occurred.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer operations conducted in accordance with the rules of the relevant studio. cly888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cly888 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one cly888 account.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

cly888's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cly888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
